Pescosansonesco is a municipality of less than 500 inhabitants in the Province of Pescara in the Gran Sasso National Park at 610 m. above sea level. It is a predominantly agricultural and livestock town, with some bars, restaurants and shops distributed between the Old Town and the New Town which is 2 km away. In Pescosansonesco Vecchio stands the Sanctuary of the Holy Nunzio Sulprizio which is the destination of numerous pilgrimages. The A25 motorway and the railway station (Torre de’ Passeri) are about 10 km away, the city of Pescara with the international airport and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea is 50 km away, the major ski centers are about 1 hour away by car , Rome can be reached in about 2 hours.

Chalet con parco in contesto naturalistico nei pressi del centro del paese.
Chalet di 49 m.q. con soggiorno / cucina, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno ed un giardino recintato di circa 1.300 mq. con annesso ripostiglio. La proprietà è stata completata nel 1998 su un’area pressochè pianeggiante in un contesto naturalistico di pregio nei pressi del centro del piccolo paese; è raggiungibile in auto e con fermata autobus extraurbano a pochi metri di distanza. La facciata presenta una gradevole veranda con la porta d’ingresso dell’abitazione. All’interno si incontra subito l’ambiente soggiorno /pranzo e da un lato la cucina, arredati con gradevoli mobili rustici. Una stufa a pellets nel soggiorno (non inclusa nel prezzo di vendita) garantisce un sufficiente riscaldamento di tutta l’area. Proseguendo si succedono una camera da letto matrimoniale ed una cameretta ben arredate e con utili armadi, quindi un bagno con doccia. Il tetto dello chalet presenta isolamento ed è in buone condizioni, gli infissi esterni sono in legno con doppi vetri e le finestre hanno persiane di chiusura. In cucina il piano cottura funziona a gas con bombola. L’ acqua calda sanitaria per il bagno e la cucina è prodotta da boiler elettrico. Il riscaldamento è attualmente garantito dalla stufa a pellets (acquistabile con sovrapprezzo) e da apparecchiature elettriche. Pavimenti in ceramiche rustiche.
