Musellaro is a small fortified village of Bolognano (PE), has about 200 inhabitants and is 390 m. asl. In the village there is only a bar / refreshment point and a post office, for all the shops and services one turns to the neighboring towns which are only a few kilometers away. The near town of Bolognano (PE) is about 300 m. asl with 1200 inhab. distributed in various Hamlets. Its territory is part of the Majella Nat. Park and largely in the Regional Reserve of Orta River Valley, in a beautiful natural setting with canyons, caves, lakes and even interesting archaeological sites. The town is interesting for nature, food and wine (Wine Zaccagnini) and culture (Durini-Beuys). There are municipal offices, a few bars, a and restaurants, post office and pharmacy; supermarkets and stores at 10 ‘. Bus connections with all neighboring towns and in particular with Torre dei Passeri where are frequent connections to the capital and the international airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. Casa molto panoramica con terrazzi, garage, piccolo giardino ed un terreno distaccato.
Casa di tre livelli (114 mq.l.) con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 2 terrazzi, garage/magazzino di 58 mq e piccolo giardino di 53 mq, in un angolo caratteristico del paese con splendido panorama su monti e valli del Parco Nazionale della Maiella. La casa è stata ristrutturata in anni recenti, è in ottime condizioni, arredata con tutte le utenze allacciate ed immediatamente abitabile. Si raggiunge l’abitazione con una strada comunale su cui sono presenti due ingressi a diversi livelli. L’ingresso inferiore al piano terra è fiancheggiato da un terrazzo pavimentato con notevole veduta ed una legnaia nel seminterrato, entrando in casa ci si trova in un atrio cui fa seguito una gradevole sala soggiorno/pranzo con una cucina totalmente attrezzata, allo stesso livello è presente un bagno con doccia. Tutti gli infissi esterni sono in alluminio color grigio scuro con doppi vetri, zanzariere e portelloni esterni di chiusura; i portoncini di ingresso hanno superfici vetrate. Il riscaldamento è attualmente garantito da una grande termo stufa a legna nel soggiorno e radiatori a parete. L’acqua calda sanitaria è prodotta da un bruciatore a gas (alimentato da bombole) alloggiato in una nicchia sul terrazzo.

Il suo territorio rientra nel Parco Naz. della Majella ed in gran parte nella Riserva Regionale Valle del Fiume Orta, in uno splendido contesto naturalistico con canyon, grotte, laghetti ed anche interessanti siti archeologici.
