A short flight of stairs allows you to reach a landing with the entrance door; entering, you will soon meet a kitchen with cruise vault, equipped with a large fireplace (re-activable) to which follows a living room with cruise vault and wood-lined walls. You then proceed to a dining room which also serves as a connection for the rest of the apartment: on one side a bedroom and a bathroom with window and shower, on the other side a corridor on which are opened two further bedrooms, one with a balcony. The master bedroom now has a flat ceiling above which it still exists a frescoed vault, rediscoverable. The windows of the apartment look south and west offering a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and valleys and ensuring good brightness inside. On the ground floor there is a large cellar with independent entrance in a common courtyard; the various interior rooms have been vault barreled or crucified and a small room was dug directly into the rock, there is also a little bathroom, a storage room and a pan / wash.
The building was restored around the mid-1990s, rebuilt the roof, reinforced the attics with electrowelded nets and the walls also with chains. Heating is methane gas with wall radiators and new boiler in the kitchen. The external fixtures are original in wood to be restored. Uniform floors in pleasant monochrome rustic ceramics.

Appartamento arredato di 130 mql (3 camere da letto e due bagni) al primo piano di un palazzo del 1700 ristrutturato, con cantina di 30 mq e giardino panoramico di circa 100 mq, in uno degli angoli più caratteristici del centro storico. Una breve rampa di scale, permette di raggiungere un pianerottolo con la porta di ingresso; entrando si incontra subito una cucina abitabile con volta a crociera, dotata di grande camino (riattivabile) a cui segue un soggiorno sempre con volta a crociera e le pareti rivestite in legno. Si procede quindi verso una sala da pranzo che funge anche da raccordo per il resto dell’appartamento: da un lato una camera da letto ed un bagno con finestra e cabina doccia, dall’altro lato un corridoio su cui si aprono due ulteriori camere da letto di cui una con balcone. La camera da letto maggiore presenta attualmente un soffitto piano al di sopra del quale ancora esiste una volta affrescata, riscopribile. Le finestre dell’appartamento guardano a sud ed ovest offrendo una splendida veduta panoramica su monti e valli e garantendo buona luminosità all’interno. Al piano terra è si trova una ampia cantina con ingresso autonomo su corte comune; i diversi ambienti interni hanno volta a botte o a crociera ed una piccola stanza è stata scavata direttamente nella roccia, presente anche un bagno di servizio, un ripostiglio e una vaschetta/lavatoio.
Il palazzo è stato ristrutturato intorno a metà degli anni ’90, rifatto il tetto, rinforzati i solai con reti elettrosaldate ed i muri anche con catene passanti. Il riscaldamento è a gas metano con radiatori a parete e caldaia nuova collocata in cucina. Gli infissi esterni sono originali in legno, da restaurare. Pavimenti uniformi in gradevoli ceramiche rustiche monocromatiche.

Il giardino è appena separato dalla casa dal vicolo comunale, è recintato e frontalmente presenta una artistica inferriata in ferro battuto con il pesante cancello d’ingresso. Il giardino è pianeggiante, su due livelli, arricchito da alcuni alberi, piante decorative ed un filare di vigneto. Spettacolare la veduta che si può godere affacciandosi da un lato su un ampio settore del territorio del Parco Nazionale.
Caramanico Terme (PE) è uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia, a 650 m. slm. e con circa 2000 abitanti nel Parco Naz. Caramanico è anche sede delle omonime “Terme di Caramanico” che offrono ampia gamma di cure con acque solfuree e fanghi convenzionate. Durante tutto l’anno sono organizzati eventi artistici, culturali e del folklore locale di grande richiamo. In paese presenti gli uffici comunali, scuole, negozi e tutti i servizi generalmente necessari. Frequenti i collegamenti autobus con la città di Pescara e i Centri della Val Pescara.
