Navelli is a town in Abruzzo of about 550 inhabitants, at 760 m. asl., overlooking the homonymous “Piana di Navelli” which is one of the largest interior highlands of Abruzzo. Casa in pietra di circa 100 mq su tre livelli con terrazzo e cantina in uno degli angoli più suggestivi del borgo antico, con splendido panorama sul paese e sulla Piana di Navelli. La casa fa parte di un gruppo di abitazioni tipiche, con strutture in gran parte originali, che coronano una delle piazzette più caratteristiche ed è raggiungibile anche in auto. La porta d’ingresso ha un bel portale in pietra ed immette direttamente nel soggiorno/pranzo con camino e una cucina totalmente attrezzata, finestra con balcone panoramico. Sul terrazzo è presente anche un ingresso verso una utile cantina seminterrata con volta a botte, dotata anche di utenze.
Il riscaldamento della casa è a gas metano con caldaia nuova che produce anche l’acqua calda sanitaria, il tetto è in buone condizioni (risistemato nel 2012), le finestre sono in pvc bianco ed hanno doppio vetro ed in alcuni casi anche persiane, i pavimenti sono in cotto o ceramica, impianto TV satellitare.
