Grande casa arredata e abitabile su due livelli (371 mq.l.) con 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, 2 terrazzi (circa 60 mq.) e garage (21 mq). La proprietà comprende un terreno posteriore di circa 1.200 mq. per lo più vigneto produttivo e orto con cantine attrezzate per preparazione vini, in una tranquilla zona residenziale a pochi passi dal centro. La casa è stata costruita prima del 1967 ed ha avuto regolari manutenzioni nel tempo, è in ottime condizioni, arredata e subito abitabile. Entrando al piano terra attraverso una porta blindata rivestita internamente in pelle, ci si trova in un atrio con soffitto in legno e fiancheggiato da due ampi soggiorni con notevoli pavimenti in marmo, in uno è presente un camino a parete, nell’altro il camino è stato nascosto ma è ripristinabile.
