The raised part of the second floor is attic but comfortably houses two elegant double bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower.
The heating system is methane gas with wall-mounted cast iron radiators, the floors are all in warm tone wood parquet, the window frames are also made of wood and the windows have protective doors, the wooden roof is in perfect condition. .

Pretoro is a town in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo at 602 m. above sea level with about 1,000 inhabitants and is included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy for its characteristic historic center. Just 10 km away is the famous Ski Center of Passolanciano and therefore that of the Maielletta (1,300 – 2,100 m asl). In the village there are several bars, shops, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and all the generally necessary services. Direct bus connections with the city of Chieti (25 km), the ski centers (10 km) and the coastal areas (30 km); the large city of Pescara with the international airport is 40 km away, the city of Rome 2 hours by car.

Tipica casa di paese in pietra, ristrutturata e arredata con terrazzo panoramico, vicina a Centro Sciistico.
Casa angolare a schiera di circa 120 mq netti su quattro livelli con 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni ed un terrazzo molto panoramico nella parte alta del Borgo. La casa è stata ristrutturata in anni recenti salvaguardando le caratteristiche originali, è in ottime condizioni, gradevolmente arredata e subito abitabile, parcheggio a breve distanza. E’ presente un ingresso principale al piano terra ed uno secondario per la taverna al piano seminterrato. Utilizzando l’ingresso principale ci si trova in un soggiorno con volta a botte in mattoni, alcune nicchie alle pareti, una preziosa vaschetta in pietra ed un grande camino. Sul fondo del soggiorno, presso una parete rocciosa, è stata collocata una scala a chiocciola in ferro che permette di scendere nella bella taverna al piano seminterrato, raggiungibile anche direttamente dall’esterno. La taverna ha anch’essa una volta a botte con pareti e soffitto in pietra allo stato grezzo o in mattoni; è presente una gradevole cucina in muratura ben attrezzata ed in un angolo è stato ricavato un piccolo bagno di servizio che alloggia anche la caldaia a gas dell’impianto di riscaldamento. Dal soggiorno una scala in muratura con gradini di marmo conduce al primo piano dove spicca una sala colazione con parte delle pareti in pietra a vista, soffitto a voltine di mattoni ed un utile angolo cucina. Alcuni gradini portano ad un pianerottolo che raccorda un comodo bagno con cabina doccia ed una camera da letto dotata di un ulteriore bagno interno; da tutte le finestre del primo piano si gode una notevole veduta dello splendido territorio circostante. Ancora alcuni gradini conducono al secondo piano con una grande camera da letto matrimoniale abbellita da pareti in pietra e mattoni e il soffitto costituito dal tetto in legno a vista. Un piccolo atrio ha una porta di uscita sul terrazzo da cui si può godere una spettacolare veduta di colline e pianure che si estendono a perdita d’occhio fino al mare. La parte rialzata del secondo piano è mansardata ma ospita comodamente due eleganti camere da letto matrimoniali ed un ulteriore bagno con doccia.
L’impianto di riscaldamento è a gas metano con radiatori in ghisa a parete, i pavimenti sono tutti in parquet di legno a calda tonalità, gli infissi esterni sono ugualmente in legno e le finestre hanno portelloni protettivi, il tetto in legno è in perfette condizioni.
