The two apartments will be completely renovated with State funding of € 115,000. The apartment on the left is part of the CVC Aggregate 1.03, the one on the right is part of the CVC Aggregate 1.04, for which the State Contribution for the reconstruction after the 2009 earthquake is being obtained. The renovation work will involve:
– Structural renovation
– Seismic improvement
– Refurbishment of exposed wooden roofs
– Refurbishment of attics
– New plaster.
The apartments can be reserved at the indicated price (and placed off the market) through an official registered Purchase Proposal/Preliminary Sale Agreement and payment of an adequate deposit. The Notarial Stipulation with the actual transfer of ownership can only take place two years after the date of granting of the State Contribution.

Castelvecchio Calvisio is a small municipality with about 120 inhabitants in the Province of L’Aquila at 1,045 m. above sea level. It is a fortified village of the XII century with a medieval cardo-decumanus system of Roman origin substantially preserved, notable the entrance gates to the village, some churches and ancient palaces. The town currently has a grocery store, bar, restaurant and post office; fiber internet available, large supermarket 8 km away. Bus connection to the city of L’Aquila. Nel Piano di Ricostruzione Obbligatoria del Centro Storico sono inclusi Due Antichi Appartamenti in Palazzi Medievali (1.200 d.C.) disposti ai lati del Vicolo più caratteristico (Via del Forno) collegati da un tipico ponticello che funge da passaggio comune e da cui si gode anche una bella veduta della Rocca di Calascio.
L’appartamento di sinistra si compone di 2 vani per 75 mq.l. ed è internamente già rifinito. L’appartamento di destra è composto da 4,5 vani su due livelli per 117 mq.l. da ristrutturare.
I due appartamenti saranno totalmente ristrutturati con finanziamento dello Stato di € 115.000. L’ Appartamento di sinistra fa parte dell’Aggregato CVC 1.03, quello di destra fa parte dell’ Aggregato CVC 1.04, per i quali è in corso di ottenimento il Contributo Statale per la ricostruzione post sisma 2009. L’intervento di ristrutturazione riguarderà:
- Rifacimento strutturale
- Miglioramento sismico
- Rifacimento tetti in legno a vista
- Rifacimento solai
- Nuovi intonaci.
Gli appartamenti possono essere riservati al prezzo indicato (e posti fuori mercato) tramite Proposta di Acquisto/Preliminare di Vendita ufficiali registrati e versamento di adeguata caparra. La Stipula Notarile con l’effettivo trasferimento di Proprietà potrà avvenire solo dopo due anni dalla data di concessione del Contributo Statale.
