Castelvecchio Calvisio / L'Aquila

Panoramic apartment to be renovated in an Ancient Palace of the Medieval Historical Center.

Three-room apartment (71 sq.m.) on the second floor of an interesting medieval building in the historic center with a view of the Rocca di Calascio. It can be reached via an external stone staircase which ends on a panoramic terrace onto which there are two entrance doors with stone portals. The interior is partly plastered and partly unfinished with exposed stones. The height of the internal rooms suggests the possibility of creating mezzanines, expanding the living area.

– Structural makeover

– Seismic improvement

– Refurbishment of the floor

– New plaster.

The apartment can be reserved at the indicated price (and placed outside the market) through an official registered Purchase Proposal/Preliminary Sale Contract and payment of an adequate deposit. The Stipulation with the effective transfer of Property can only take place after two years from the date of granting of the State Contribution.
