The house has two free facades with windows and balconies on the roofs of the Borgo and on characteristic alleys that branch off from the main street, as it has not been inhabited for a long time, it needs to be restored but has great potential. The gas heating system with wall radiators must be modernized and reactivated as well as the water and electrical systems. The internal and external fixtures are the original wooden ones to be safeguarded by optimizing them. The floors in marble grit or decorated ceramics are characteristic.

Pratola Peligna is a town in the interior of Abruzzo at 342 m. above sea level, with just under 8000 inhabitants, located in the Peligna Valley not far from the historic and artistic city of Sulmona, at the foot of Mount Morrone and on the left bank of the Sagittario River. The historic center, with its medieval layout, is largely still intact with numerous churches and palaces, even from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries; rich in works of art, the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Libera is also an object of great devotion and numerous celebrations. The Museum of Rural Life and the Monumental cinema-theater D’Andrea are really interesting.
In the town there are numerous schools and all the generally necessary services, some equipped green spaces and various sports facilities, Railway Station of the Pescara-Rome Line and A25 Motorway Exit.
Pratola Peligna is well connected and is in a strategic position to reach all the ski centers of the Abruzzo Apennines. The great city of Pescara, the airport and the sea with the Adriatic beaches are less than an hour away by car, Rome can be reached by motorway, bus and train in 1.5-2 hours.

Casa a schiera da ristrutturare con balconi panoramici nel centro storico.
Casa a schiera di tre livelli (100 mq) da ristrutturare con 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno, 1 cantina (50 mq) e balconi nel centro storico nei pressi della piazza principale, parcheggio a circa 50 m. La casa ha due facciate libere con finestre e balconi sui tetti del Borgo e su caratteristici vicoli che si dipartono dalla via principale, non essendo abitata da tempo è da ristrutturare ma ha grande potenziale. Al piano terra è presente un grande portone che immette nella cantina con due stanze dotate di caratteristica volta a botte con vele, a fianco del portone vi è la porta d’ingresso dell’abitazione che, con una breve rampa di scale permette di raggiungere direttamente il primo piano. Le stanze al primo piano sono scandite da pregevoli archi e volte a crociera, si segnalano un ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, camino e balcone a cui segue una camera da letto matrimoniale. Una ulteriore breve rampa di scale conduce al secondo piano con due camere da letto matrimoniali ed un bagno; le camere da letto sono dotate di balconi in pietra da cui si gode una bella vista delle case del Borgo e del territorio circostante con le montagne del Parco Nazionale Maiella-Morrone.
L’impianto di riscaldamento a gas con radiatori a parete deve essere ammodernato e riattivato come anche gli impianti idrico ed elettrico. Gli infissi interni ed esterni sono quelli originali in legno da salvaguardare ottimizzandoli. Caratteristici i pavimenti in graniglia di marmo o ceramiche decorate.

Pratola Peligna è un comune dell’Abruzzo interno a 342 m. slm., con poco meno di 8000 abitanti, situato nella Valle Peligna non distante dalla storica e artistica città di Sulmona, ai piedi del Monte Morrone e presso la riva sinistra del Fiume Sagittario. Il centro storico, di impianto medioevale, è in gran parte ancora integro con numerose Chiese e Palazzi anche del XV e XVI sec.; ricco di opere d’arte il Santuario della Madonna della Libera oggetto anche di grande devozione e numerosi festeggiamenti. Interessanti il Museo della Civiltà Contadina ed il Monumentale cinema-teatro D’Andrea.
In paese sono presenti numerose scuole e tutti i servizi generalmente necessari, alcuni spazi verdi attrezzati e diversi impianti sportivi. Stazione Ferroviaria della Linea Pescara-Roma ed Uscita Autostradale A25.
Pratola Peligna è ben collegata ed è in posizione strategica per raggiungere anche tutti i Centri sciistici dell’appennino abruzzese. La grande città di Pescara, l’aeroporto e il mare con le spiagge dell’Adriatico sono a meno di un’ora d’auto, Roma è raggiungibile con autostrada, autobus e treni in 1,5 -2 ore.
