From the kitchen a short corridor connects the two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with shower box. An internal masonry staircase leads down to the ground floor with a single large living room divided by a brick arch, with windows and a door directly connected to the garden. The rest of the ground floor is occupied by a warehouse and a garage with tilting sheet metal doors. Further warehouses and storage rooms are on the opposite side and in one of them the gas boiler is housed. In the garden, detached from the house, there is another brick warehouse to be repaired and with a single-pitched roof to be replaced.
The roof of the house in brick-cement is in good condition with no need for interventions. Some small cosmetic work is necessary on the masonry of an internal sector for a non-critical repair. The heating is LPG gas with wall radiators and underground tank in the garden. Rustic ceramic floors in all rooms. External fixtures in white PVC.

Bisenti is a Municipality in Abruzzo (Teramo Province) of about 1,600 inhabitants at 274 m. above sea level, in the High Valley of the Fino River. In the village there are some shops, bars and the generally necessary services. The renowned coastal centers with the beaches of the Adriatic Sea are about 35 km away, the large city of Pescara with the international airport is 40 km away.

Tipica casa di campagna su due livelli (150 mq) con 2 camere da letto ed 1 bagno, terrazzo, garage e annessi, circondata da giardino (500 mq) su una collina con vista panoramica a circa 3 km dal centro del paese. La casa è un fabbricato in pietra e malta, costruito prima del 1960 e oggetto di lavori di ristrutturazione anche recenti con rinforzo strutturale (rifacimento solai e inserimento catene) e rifacimento del tetto in latero-cemento che si presenta in buono stato.
Attraversato il cancello si entra nel giardino che circonda la casa e procedendo e salendo pochi gradini si accede all’ampio terrazzo con pergola (esposizione sud), su cui è anche la porta d’ingresso principale al piano primo. All’interno si incontra subito una cucina in stile, abitabile e ben attrezzata, quindi un soggiorno con grande camino in muratura. Dalla cucina un breve corridoio collega le due camere da letto ed un bel bagno con cabina doccia. Una scala interna in muratura consente di scendere al piano terra seminterrato, occupato da un unico grande soggiorno diviso da un arco mediano in mattoni, con finestre e porta collegata direttamente al giardino. Il resto del piano terra è occupata da un magazzino ed un garage con porte in lamiera basculanti. Ulteriori magazzini e ripostigli sono dal lato opposto ed in uno di essi è alloggiata la caldaia a gas. Nel giardino, staccato dalla casa, si trova un ulteriore magazzino in muratura da riparare e con tetto ad una falda da sostituire.
Il tetto della casa in latero-cemento è in buono stato senza bisogno di interventi. Necessario qualche piccolo lavoro cosmetico sulla muratura di un settore interno per riparazione non critica. Il riscaldamento è a gas GPL con radiatori a parete e bombolone interrato in giardino. Pavimenti di ceramiche rustiche in tutte le stanze. Infissi esterni in pvc color bianco.
