Casa ristrutturata ed abitabile a pochi minuti dal centro città.
Grande casa di tre livelli (150 mq) con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 2 cucine, terrazzo (15 mq) e cantina in tranquillo e gradevole contesto di paese a 10 minuti dal centro città. La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2011-12 nel rigoroso rispetto delle normative vigenti, ha bisogno solo di qualche ammodernamento e rifinitura cosmetica ma è rapidamente abitabile. La casa è circondata da zone di corte comune con spazio libero per parcheggio ed ha una piccola area privata nella parte posteriore; se si è interessati potrebbe essere possibile l’acquisto da altri proprietari di garage e terreno adiacenti.
Al piano terra è presente una lunga cantina pavimentata con finestra e collegamenti idrico ed elettrico; nella cantina si trova la caldaia dell’impianto di riscaldamento, l’autoclave ed un utile lavello con punto acqua. Il tetto della casa è in legno in buone condizioni, i pavimenti sono in ceramica di vario tipo e parte in marmo, gli infissi esterni sono per lo più in alluminio e le finestre hanno sovrapposizione di persiane con alette mobili. L’impianto di riscaldamento è a gas metano con radiatori a parete e caldaia in cantina.
