Il progetto approvato prevede una articolazione distributiva con pochi tramezzi all’interno in modo da ricavare, oltre ad un grande spazio soggiorno/cucina, una camera matrimoniale con annesso servizio.
Considerato che l’ immobile è soggetto a tutela paesaggistica, per la effettiva realizzazione dei lavori deve essere presentata specifica istanza di autorizzazione paesaggistica al Comune di Pescara.
