Small brick terraced house on one level (32 m2) with only two rooms in the rough state and to be renovated internally, garden of approximately 70 m2. with trees. The house, currently used as a warehouse, has an entrance from the municipal street and inside a room (kitchen) with corner fireplace, sink and side window, then a second room (living room/bedroom) with a window onto the street and in which should be made a small bathroom. The roof of the house has been completely redone in recent years. The house is located in the center of the town and can be reached by car with free parking on the street.
The garden courtyard of approximately 70 m2. it flanks the house mostly in a raised area with stone pedestal and features some fruit trees. The area is easily fenced.

The town of Salle in the Province of Pescara has 320 inhabitants, at 450 m above sea level. in the Majella-Morrone National Park surrounded by mountains, rivers, springs and extensive woods in a very panoramic context. The new town was built in the first half of the 1900s after the abandonment of Salle Vecchia, higher up, where an interesting small Castle Museum remains. Salle is famous for the ancient production of harmonic strings, the history of which is illustrated in a new museum. There are the municipal offices, the school, a shop, a bar and a restaurant. Nearby are the interesting towns of Tocco da Casauria, Bolognano and above all Caramanico Terme, connected by bus service. The A25 motorway about 15 km away, Pescara, the airport and the sea about 40 km away, ski centers just over half an hour away. Rome about 1.5 hours by car.

Casetta da ristrutturare internamente con piccolo giardino.
Piccola casa a schiera di testa in muratura su un unico livello (32 mq) con due sole stanze allo stato grezzo e da ristrutturare internamente, giardino di circa 70 mq. con alberi. La casa, attualmente adibita a magazzino, ha ingresso dalla via comunale e all’interno una stanza (cucina) con camino angolare, lavello e finestra laterale, quindi una seconda stanza (soggiorno/camera da letto) con finestra sulla strada e in cui può essere realizzato un piccolo bagno. Il tetto della casa è stato totalmente rifatto in anni recenti. La casa si trova a presso il centro del paese, è raggiungibile in auto con parcheggio libero sulla strada.
La corte giardino di circa 70 mq. fiancheggia la casa per lo più in un’area rialzata con piedistallo in pietra e presenta alcuni alberi da frutta. L’area è facilmente recintabile.

Il paese di Salle in Provincia di Pescara ha 320 abitanti, a 450 m s.l.m. nel Parco Nazionale della Majella-Morrone circondato da monti, fiumi, sorgenti ed estesi boschi in un contesto molto panoramico. Il paese nuovo fu costruito nella prima metà del 1900 dopo l’abbandono di Salle Vecchia, più in alto, dove resta un piccolo interessante Castello Museo. Salle è famoso per l’antica produzione di corde armoniche di cui un nuovo Museo ne illustra la storia. Presenti gli uffici comunali, la scuola, un negozio, un bar ed un ristorante. Vicini gli interessanti paesi di Tocco da Casauria, Bolognano e soprattutto Caramanico Terme, collegati con servizio Autobus. L’autostrada A25 a circa 15 km, Pescara, l’aeroporto ed il mare a circa 40 km, centri sciistici a poco più di mezza ora. Roma a circa 1,5 ore di auto.
