Terraced house, partially renovated with balconies and panoramic terrace (Renovation paid by the State)
4-storey house (about 60 square meters) on the main street, in its raw state, only partially renovated and to be completed. On the façade there are two doors surrounded by stone portals, the one on the right leads to a basement cellar with a beautiful brick vault and a small window, the left door is that of the house. Entering the house you go up to the first floor with a short flight of stairs and you arrive in a room (kitchen / living room) with vaulted ceiling, a wall fireplace, niche and door / window to a balcony on the street. An internal marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is a little room with window, a large room (bedroom) with door / window to a large balcony in stone and a bathroom. Climbing further you reach the third floor with a small room with an exposed roof (to be rearranged) and the door / window to go out onto the terrace. The terrace, facing south-west, is truly very panoramic allowing the view of the mountains and valleys of two National Parks, as well as on the roofs of the historic center. The terrace is limited by iron railings, is covered with only the bituminous sheath (to be paved) and also has a useful water point.
The doors are wood and also the doors / windows of the main rooms are wood with double glazing. The house must be completed with plasters, floors and water-electric-heating systems (prepared) and ronovation of a little roof. The house will be renovated with expenses paid by the State.
The village of Castiglione a Casauria (PE) is 350 m. above sea level on a long rocky spur flanking the Pescara River valley in the Gran Sasso-Laga National Park. It has less than 900 inhabitants and the houses are leaning against the main street, which is also rich in ancient churches and palaces. In the flat part of its territory downstream stands the famous Abbey of San Clemente a Casauria (IX-XII century) national monument. Near the Abbey there are the stops of regional buses and those direct to Rome’s airports, also there is the exit of the A25 motorway; the railway station is 1 km away. The city of Pescara with the airport and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea are about 30 ‘away, famous ski centers about 40’, Rome 90 ‘by car.

Casa a schiera parzialmente ristrutturata con balconi e terrazzo panoramico (Ristrutturazione a carico dello Stato).
Casa di 4 livelli (circa 60 mq) sulla via principale, allo stato grezzo, solo parzialmente ristrutturata e da ultimare. Sulla facciata sono presenti due portoncini contornati da portali in pietra, quello di destra conduce ad una cantina seminterrata con bella volta a mattoni ed una finestrella, la porta di sinistra è quella dell’abitazione. Entrando nell’abitazione si sale al primo piano con una breve rampa di scale e si arriva in un’unica stanza (cucina/soggiorno) con soffitto a voltine, un camino a parete, nicchia e porta/finestra verso un balconcino sulla strada. Una scala interna in marmo conduce al secondo piano dove si incontra una cameretta con finestra, una camera (da letto) con porta/finestra verso un grande balcone ed un bagno. Salendo ancora si arriva al terzo piano con una piccola stanza con tetto a vista (da risistemare) e la porta/finestra per uscire sul terrazzo. Il terrazzo, esposto a sud-ovest è veramente molto panoramico permettendo la vista di monti e valli di due Parchi Nazionali, oltre che sui tetti del centro storico. Il terrazzo è limitato da ringhiere in ferro, è coperto con la sola guaina bituminosa (da pavimentare) e presenta anche un utile punto acqua.
I portoncini sono in legno ed anche le porte/finestre delle stanze principali sono in legno con doppio vetro. La casa deve essere completata con intonaci, pavimenti ed impianti (predisposti) e rifacimento di un piccolo tetto. La casa sarà ristrutturata con spese a carico dello Stato.
Il paese di Castiglione a Casauria (PE) è a 350 m. slm su un lungo sperone roccioso fiancheggiante la valle del Fiume Pescara nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso-Laga. Ha meno di 900 abitanti e le case sono addossate al corso principale ricco anche di antiche chiese e palazzi. Nella parte pianeggiante del suo territorio a valle sorge la famosa Abbazia di San Clemente a Casauria (IX-XII sec) monumento nazionale. Vicino all’ Abbazia si trovano le fermate degli autobus regionali e di quelli diretti agli aeroporti di Roma, nei pressi anche l’uscita dell’autostrada A25; la stazione ferroviaria è a 1 km. La città di Pescara con l’aeroporto e le spiagge del Mare Adriatico sono a circa 30’, famosi centri sciistici a circa 40’, Roma a 90’ di auto.
