La proprietà si trova nella parte bassa del paese, ai limiti del borgo, immersa in un maestoso bosco di alberi di alto fusto, ha recinzione perimetrale (da risistemare) e ampio parcheggio privato nei pressi. Il livello inferiore ha accesso direttamente dal giardino ed è stato adibito a taverna con due ambienti aperti occupati da una bella cucina in muratura con camino e da una ampia sala da pranzo; salendo su un pianerottolo si accede al bagno e ad un ripostiglio.
