Tocco da Casauria (PE) , on the slopes of Mount Morrone ( Majella National Park / Morrone ) , has just under 3,000 inhabitants , it is 400 m . asl, overlooking the Pescara River Valley , surrounded by mountains and hills with endless olive groves ; is famous for its production of excellent olive oil, wine and the liquor ” centerbe .” The wind coming from the Gorges of Popoli feeds an important wind farm and allows the activity of the National School of Paragliding . Appartamento di 89 mq.l. su un unico livello con 1 camera da letto ed 1 bagno, al secondo ed ultimo piano di una palazzina su una delle vie principali del centro, raggiungibile in auto e con parcheggio nei pressi. Portoncino di ingresso e scala comuni per raggiungere il secondo piano quindi, entrando nell’appartamento ci si trova in un ampio ingresso che funge da raccordo tra le varie stanze. Da un lato un grande soggiorno con finestre sulla strada e sul terrazzo anteriore e quindi un’ampia camera da letto ugualmente con porta/finestra sul terrazzo da cui si gode una veduta di parte del centro del paese. Dall’ingresso si accede anche al bagno con porta/finestra su un piccolo terrazzino in un cortile interno e quindi alla comoda e gradevole cucina abitabile totalmente attrezzata e con camino angolare. Dalla cucina si può uscire sul terrazzo posteriore che consente una spettacolare veduta del territorio circostante fino ai monti del Parco Nazionale della Maiella.
Il tetto della casa è in buone condizioni, gli infissi esterni sono in alluminio e le finestre hanno serrandine di chiusura. Il riscaldamento è a gas metano con radiatori a parete e la caldaia alloggiata in vano esterno sul terrazzo posteriore. I pavimenti sono in gran parte in pregevole marmo ed in parte in ceramica decorata. Tutte le utenze sono allacciate e l’appartamento è immediatamente abitabile. Necessarie solo piccole riparazioni cosmetiche.
