Tocco da Casauria (PE) , on the slopes of Mount Morrone ( Majella National Park / Morrone ) , has just under 3,000 inhabitants , it is 400 m . asl, overlooking the Pescara River Valley , surrounded by mountains and hills with endless olive groves ; is famous for its production of excellent olive oil, wine and the liquor ” centerbe .” The wind coming from the Gorges of Popoli feeds an important wind farm and allows the activity of the National School of Paragliding . Casa ristrutturata, arredata ed abitabile nel centro storico.
Casa di tre livelli (90 mq.l.) tra due caratteristiche stradine del centro storico, recentemente ristrutturata ed arredata, presenta due camere da letto e due bagni. Durante la ristrutturazione sono stati mantenuti i portali, le riquadrature delle finestre ed il balcone con i capitelli tutti in pietra. Entrando al piano terra ci si trova subito in un ampio soggiorno dotato di camino e collegato alla cucina abitabile da cui si accede anche ad un piccolo bagno di servizio. Una elegante scala interna in muratura conduce al piano superiore, ha gradini rivestiti da mattonelle di ceramica ed una gradevole ringhiera in ferro. Al primo piano gli ambienti sono raccordati da un disimpegno illuminato da una finestra ed in parte con pavimento in vetro-mattoni che da luce alla scala. Si succedono una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cameretta con il balcone ed un bagno con cabina doccia e finestra. Nel soffitto del pianerottolo si apre una botola dotata di scala retrattile per l’accesso ad una ampia soffitta con piccolo lucernario che permette l’uscita sul tetto.
