Bussi sul Tirino is a town of 2,500 inhabitants at 344 m asl. in province of Pescara. It is crossed by the clear River Tirino and its territory is part of the Gran Sasso National Park. The upper part of town is an interesting old town with its fortified castle of the twelfth century; the lower part, with new settlements, has several shops, bars, pharmacy and all necessary services. Rail Station and Highway A25 just a few minutes drive away, the city of Pescara with the airport and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea at 45 min, Rome at 90 min. Equipped ski areas easily reached in around 45 min.

Casa ristrutturata nel centro storico.
Graziosa casa di tre livelli (90 mq, 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno) con cantine e piccolo terrazzo nel centro storico, ristrutturata nel 2015 e subito abitabile. La casa si trova nei pressi di una delle piazzette tipiche del centro storico, è libera su tre lati, molto soleggiata ed ha parcheggio nei pressi. Entrando attraverso porta blindata sormontata da tettoia ci si trova in un piccolo atrio che collega gli ambienti del piano terra. Il soggiorno ha un camino angolare rifinito in mattoni ed un vano sottoscala contornato da un gradevole arco a mattoni; una porta finestra permette di uscire sul piccolo terrazzo che si affaccia sui vicoli del centro ed ha veduta laterale delle montagne circostanti. La cucina è in una stanza sviluppata in lunghezza, è abitabile e totalmente attrezzata (anche lavastoviglie). Una comoda scala interna in muratura conduce al primo piano con un ballatoio che collega il bagno e la camera da letto. Il bagno ha cabina doccia ed una nicchia per alloggiamento lavabiancheria, la camera da letto è piuttosto ampia, luminosa e con un piccolo balcone.

Stazione Ferroviaria ed ingresso Autostrada A25 a pochi minuti di auto, la città di Pescara con l’aeroporto e le spiagge del Mare Adriatico a 45 min, Roma a 90 min. Attrezzati centri sciistici raggiungibili facilmente in circa 45 min.
