Walking distance to the beach, bike rental nearby, bikepath that leads to the Tower of Cerrano, renown for its Natural Reserve and for the Center for Marine Laboratory for Biology of Waters.
The village offers all services and it is close to characteristic villages such as Silvi and Atri. The city of Pescara is only a 25 minute drive away.
The apartment is fully furnished an equipped, provided with all utensils and facilities for a comfortable living and pleasant holiday.
Weekly or monthly rentals with prices according to seasons:
Low season – from September to May: one week €500, two weeks €900, three weeks €1.200, monthly €1.500
Medium season – June/ July: one week € 700, two weeks €1.200, three weeks €1.650, monthly €2.000
High season – August: one week €800, two weeks €1.500, three weeks €2.000, monthly €2.500.
Cleaning fee: € 40,00 – cautionary deposit € 200,00
Extra costs for house linen: €5.00 per person for set of towels, €5.00 for single set of sheets, €10.00 for double bed set of sheets.
Bike reantals: € 10,00 per week

A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, noleggio biciclette nelle vicinanze, pista ciclabile che conduce alla bellissima Torre di Cerrano, famosa per la sua Riserva Naturale e Laboratorio Marino-Centro Biologia Acque.
Il paese offre tutti i servizi ed è vicino a località caratteristiche, come Silvi, Atri, MontegaRoseto. La città di Pescara dista solo 25 minuti in auto.
L’appartmento è competamente ammobiliato e dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi necessari per una vacanza rilassante.
