The land is located in the town of Martinsicuro, in the border area between the Marche and Abruzzo.
Martinsicuro is a modern seaside resort, commercial and tourist center, but with a focus on green and nature with one of the first examples of the recovery environment dunes in the Abruzzo region.
In addition to the coast, you must visit the old town, dominated by the sixteenth-century Tower of Charles V, built in 1547. The new museum exhibits important ancient settlements dating back to the Bronze Age.
