Habitable terraced house with warehouse and small courtyard.
Two-level stone house (66 m2), corresponding to half of a semi-detached house, with 1 bedroom, 1 little bedroom and 1 bathroom, a garage box, a courtyard and an adjacent rear warehouse with attic. The house is in the center of the town, about 100 m from the main square and with free parking nearby. The house was built before 1967 and regular maintenance was carried out with a renovation in 1989, making it immediately habitable.
Entering on the ground floor you come across a small entrance hall and then a living room with fireplace, kitchenette and window onto the rear courtyard. At the ground floor there is also a small bathroom with tub/shower. From the entrance hall a masonry staircase covered in marble leads to the first floor which is divided into a double bedroom with windows on two sides and a small bedroom.
A removable sheet metal box has been placed next to the entrance door to serve as a garage/warehouse. Crossing it leads to the rear courtyard of the house which is limited by a stone wall. From the courtyard you can access a renovated warehouse with a new roof, having a single room and an upper attic.
The house is in good condition and only needs some small repairs and modernization. Heating is guaranteed by the fireplace and wood stove on the ground floor, supplemented by electrical equipment. Domestic hot water is produced by an electric boiler. The kitchen hob and oven work with cylinder gas. The floors are new in rustic ceramics. The windows are aluminum with protective shutters (one to be repaired). In the living room, it is conceivable to replace the rear window with a door/window that allows direct access to the courtyard and the warehouse.

The town of Salle in the Province of Pescara has 320 inhabitants, at 450 m above sea level. in the Majella-Morrone National Park surrounded by mountains, rivers, springs and extensive woods in a very panoramic context. The new town was built in the first half of the 1900s after the abandonment of Salle Vecchia, higher up, where an interesting small Castle Museum remains. Salle is famous for the ancient production of harmonic strings, the history of which is illustrated in a new museum. There are the municipal offices, the school, a shop, a bar and a restaurant. Nearby are the interesting towns of Tocco da Casauria, Bolognano and above all Caramanico Terme, connected by bus service. The A25 motorway about 15 km away, Pescara, the airport and the sea about 40 km away, ski centers just over half an hour away. Rome about 1.5 hours by car.

Casa a schiera abitabile con magazzino e piccolo cortile.
Casa in pietra di due livelli (66 mq.l.), corrispondente a metà di bifamiliare, con 1 camera da letto, 1 cameretta ed 1 bagno, un garage, una corte ed un adiacente Magazzino retro con soffitta. La casa è nel centro del paese, a circa 100 m dalla piazza principale e con possibilità di parcheggio nei pressi. La costruzione della casa è antecedente al 1967 e sono state effettuate regolari manutenzioni e anche ristrutturazione nel 1989, risultando ora subito abitabile.
Entrando al piano terra si incontra un piccolo atrio e quindi un soggiorno con camino, angolo cucina e finestra sulla corte posteriore; presente un piccolo bagno con vasca/doccia. Dall’ atrio una scala in muratura rivestita in marmo conduce al primo piano che è articolato in una camera da letto matrimoniale con finestre su due lati ed una cameretta.
A fianco della porta d’ingresso è stata collocata una struttura in lamiera amovibile con la funzione di garage/magazzino, attraversandola si accede alla corte posteriore della casa che è limitata da un muro in pietra. Dalla corte si può accedere ad un Magazzino ristrutturato con tetto nuovo, avente un unico vano ed una soffitta superiore.
La casa è in buone condizioni ed ha bisogno solo di qualche piccola riparazione ed ammodernamento. Il riscaldamento è garantito dal camino e dalla stufa a legna al piano terra, integrati da apparecchiature elettriche. L’ acqua calda sanitaria è prodotta da boiler elettrico. Il piano cottura della cucina ed il forno funzionano con gas di bombola. I pavimenti sono nuovi in ceramiche rustiche. Le finestre sono in alluminio con persiane di protezione (una da riparare). Nel soggiorno è ipotizzabile la sostituzione della finestra retro con una porta/finestra che permetta l’accesso diretto alla corte e al magazzino.

Il paese di Salle in Provincia di Pescara ha 320 abitanti, a 450 m s.l.m. nel Parco Nazionale della Majella-Morrone circondato da monti, fiumi, sorgenti ed estesi boschi in un contesto molto panoramico. Il paese nuovo fu costruito nella prima metà del 1900 dopo l’abbandono di Salle Vecchia, più in alto, dove resta un piccolo interessante Castello Museo. Salle è famoso per l’antica produzione di corde armoniche di cui un nuovo Museo ne illustra la storia. Presenti gli uffici comunali, la scuola, un negozio, un bar ed un ristorante. Vicini gli interessanti paesi di Tocco da Casauria, Bolognano e soprattutto Caramanico Terme, collegati con servizio Autobus. L’autostrada A25 a circa 15 km, Pescara, l’aeroporto ed il mare a circa 40 km, centri sciistici a poco più di mezza ora. Roma a circa 1,5 ore di auto.
