The entrance is in a characteristic alley, upon entering you are in a living room which has a wall with a fully equipped kitchen and also a fireplace, then a bathroom with shower cabin. From the living room a masonry staircase with iron railing leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a little bedroom. All the rear windows allow beautiful panoramic views.
In the basement there is a large room (40 sq.m.) with a window which has access from a municipal path behind it, it is currently used as a warehouse but could be transformed into a tavern.
Behind the house there is an area of approximately 16 m2 crowned by trees, resulting from the demolition of a small cellar building, this area is useful for outdoor living activities in a naturalistic context. Below this area there is a basement cellar.

The town of Castiglione a Casauria (PE) is 350 m away. above sea level on a long rocky spur flanking the Pescara River valley in the Gran Sasso-Laga National Park. It has less than 900 inhabitants and the houses are set against the main street which is also rich in ancient churches and palaces. In the flat part of its downstream territory stands the famous Abbey of San Clemente a Casauria (9th-12th century), a national monument. Near the Abbey there are stops for regional buses and those going to Rome’s airports, and the A25 motorway exit is also nearby; the train station is 1 km away. The city of Pescara with the airport and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea are about 30′ away, famous ski centers about 40′, Rome 90′ by car.

Casa a schiera arredata ed abitabile in angolo caratteristico del centro storico con panorama.
Casa a schiera in pietra e mattoni di due livelli (80 mq.l.) con 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno, taverna e cantina in una zona caratteristica del centro storico e con bel panorama sulle montagne e colline circostanti. La casa è stata costruita prima del 1967 ed ha avuto manutenzioni negli anni compresa la risistemazione del tetto, è arredata, ha le utenze di acqua ed elettricità allacciate alle reti e può essere subito abitata.
L’ingresso è in un caratteristico vicolo, entrando ci si trova in un soggiorno che presenta una parete con una cucina totalmente attrezzata ed un anche camino, quindi un bagno con cabina doccia. Dal soggiorno una scala in muratura con ringhiera in ferro conduce al piano superiore dove trovano posto due camere da letto ed una cameretta. Tutte le finestre retro permettono belle vedute panoramiche.
Al piano seminterrato è presente un ampio locale di circa 40 mq. con finestra che ha accesso da una stradina comunale retrostante, è adibito attualmente a magazzino ma potrebbe essere trasformato in taverna.
Dietro la casa si dispone di un’area di circa 16 mq coronata da alberi, risultante dalla demolizione di un piccolo manufatto cantina, questa area è utile per attività di vita all’aperto in un contesto naturalistico. Al di sotto di questa area si trova una cantina seminterrata.
L’impianto di riscaldamento a gas e radiatori a parte è stato predisposto, attualmente il riscaldamento (ed anche il raffrescamento) sono garantiti da due climatizzatori collocati nel soggiorno ed in una delle camere da letto, integrazione con il camino ed apparecchiature elettriche. L’acqua calda sanitaria è prodotta da un boiler elettrico collocato in cucina. Infissi esterni in alluminio e pavimenti in ceramica.

Il paese di Castiglione a Casauria (PE) è a 350 m. slm su un lungo sperone roccioso fiancheggiante la valle del Fiume Pescara nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso-Laga. Ha meno di 900 abitanti e le case sono addossate al corso principale ricco anche di antiche chiese e palazzi. Nella parte pianeggiante del suo territorio a valle sorge la famosa Abbazia di San Clemente a Casauria (IX-XII sec) monumento nazionale. Vicino all’ Abbazia si trovano le fermate degli autobus regionali e di quelli diretti agli aeroporti di Roma, nei pressi anche l’uscita dell’autostrada A25; la stazione ferroviaria è a 1 km. La città di Pescara con l’aeroporto e le spiagge del Mare Adriatico sono a circa 30’, famosi centri sciistici a circa 40’, Roma a 90’ di auto.
