Torre dei Passeri (PE) is a Municipality of 3200 inhabitants at 172 m. asl in Valpescara, dominated by the Gizzi Castle and near the ancient Abbey of S. Clemente a Casauria; the town is surrounded by hills and mountains, in a privileged position, about 30′ from the sea (Pescara) and 20′-40′ from the major ski centers of Abruzzo. There are numerous shops, bars, restaurants, schools, green areas and high-level sports facilities. Excellent connections by train (Pescara-Rome), highway A25 and bus lines to the major cities of the region and also directly to Rome and the international airports of Fiumicino, Ciampino and Pescara.

Grande casa di tre livelli (191 mq.l.) con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, terrazzo interno (15 mq) e giardino (circa 85 mq) in uno degli angoli più caratteristici del centro storico, non distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2015 secondo rigorosi criteri antisismici e con attenta selezione dei materiali usati e delle rifiniture; è un immobile totalmente nuovo con utenze allacciate e pronto ad essere immediatamente arredato ed abitato. L’ intera casa è funzionalmente suddivisa in due appartamenti autonomi a sviluppo verticale dotati ognuno di cantina, soggiorno, cucina, 1-2 camere da letto, bagno e con il terrazzo anteriore ed il giardino posteriore in comune. Dal soggiorno una comoda scala in ferro con gradini rivestiti in legno, permette di salire al secondo piano occupato da una grande camera da letto con il tetto di legno a vista ed un piccolo balcone.
La casa, essendo stata totalmente ristrutturata e poi mai abitata, è in ottime condizioni. Gli infissi esterni, oltre i bei portoncini in legno, sono generalmente il pvc o alluminio con finestre color bianco a doppio vetro e serrandine protettive o persiane color verde scuro. I pavimenti sono in ceramica con varie decorazioni. Il riscaldamento è a gas metano con radiatori a parete e caldaia a condensazione collocata in un vano esterno nel giardino.
