Old house to be renovated around the Clock Tower.
Four-level stone house (140 sq.m.) totally to be renovated in the historic center around the 13th-century Clock Tower. The house has not been inhabited for many years and requires general renovation with a view to safeguarding the original structure and improving its usability. The entrance door, surrounded by a stone portal, leads to a stone staircase towards the first floor where there is a large eat-in kitchen with a typical fireplace created in the thickness of the masonry, niches for utensils, a balcony and windows that give light inside. On the same level there is a large dining room with a small balcony window and connected to another rear room which also has direct access from the landing at the arrival of the staircase to the first floor. The staircase that goes up to the third floor and the attic rooms have remained in their raw state and at least in part could be recovered for residential use thanks also to the presence of a very panoramic window from which to try to create a balcony/terrace in a splendid position which allows a remarkable view of the town and the Maiella and Morrone mountains.
The house is regularly registered as Category A/4 Buildings but needs to be totally renovated with the aim of recovering the beautiful brick vaults, the terracotta tile floors and all the original peculiarities.
The house is located in the most typical part of the historic center, largely renovated and enhanced, has all services nearby and is also close to bus stops, parking nearby.

Tocco da Casauria (PE), on the slopes of Mount Morrone (Majella / Morrone National Park), has just under 3000 inhabitants, is 350 meters away. asl, and dominates the Pescara River Valley, surrounded by mountains and hills with endless olive groves; the production of excellent oil, “centerbe” liqueur and typical wines is famous. Antica casa da ristrutturare intorno alla Torre dell’ Orologio.
Casa in pietra di quattro livelli (140 mq.l.) totalmente da ristrutturare nel centro storico intorno alla Torre dell’ Orologio del XIII Secolo. La casa non è abitata da molti anni e necessita di generale ristrutturazione nella prospettiva di salvaguardare la struttura originale migliorandone la fruibilità. La porta d’ingresso, contornata da un portale in pietra, immette in una gradinata ugualmente in pietra che conduce al primo piano dove si incontra una ampia cucina abitabile con un tipico camino ricavato nello spessore della muratura, nicchie per utensili e balcone e finestre che danno luce all’interno. Allo stesso livello è presente una ampia sala da pranzo con finestra a balconcino e collegata ad un’altra stanza posteriore che ha accesso anche direttamente dal pianerottolo all’arrivo della scala al primo piano. Nel passaggio verso la scala che porta al secondo piano si trovano in un angolo un lavandino ed una toilette. Il secondo piano presenta due camere da letto di cui una con balcone ed una cameretta, tutte con alte volte a mattoni. La scala che sale al terzo piano ed i locali sottotetto sono rimasti allo stato grezzo ed almeno in parte potrebbero essere recuperati con destinazione d’uso abitativa grazie anche alla presenza di una finestra molto panoramica da cui provare a realizzare un balcone/terrazzo in splendida posizione che permette una notevole veduta del paese e dei Monti della Maiella e del Morrone.
La casa è regolarmente accatastata ai Fabbricati in Categoria A/4 ma ha bisogno di essere totalmente ristrutturata con l’obiettivo di recuperare anche le belle volte a mattoni, i pavimenti in mattonelle di cotto e tutte le originali peculiarità.
