La palazzina, costruita nel 1975, fa parte di un complesso condominiale dotato di un giardino anteriore con piante decorative ed un cortile pavimentato posteriore su cui si affacciano anche i garage.
Entrando nell’appartamento ci si trova in un atrio e subito a destra si raggiunge il grande salone con due porte/finestre che consentono di uscire su un balcone (esposto a sud/ovest) da cui si gode una notevole vista panoramica verso il territorio del Parco Nazionale della Maiella-Morrone. Il salone è dotato anche di un camino a legna rustico posto in un angolo.
