Serramonacesca is a village of 570 inhabitants on a hill at 280 m. asl in the Pescara province, flanked by the Alento river and the Walloon Creek. Grande casa con terrazzi, piccolo giardino e laboratorio nel centro del paese.
Casa di tre livelli (270 mq.l.) con laboratorio (39 mq) e giardino di circa 120 mq in posizione panoramica nel centro del paese. La casa ha 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 2 cucine. Due facciate sono libere con gli ingressi in un caratteristico vicolo, sul lato ovest sono presento due piccoli terrazzi ed il giardino con bel panorama sulle colline e montagne circostanti. Al piano terra si trova una taverna con cucina abitabile totalmente attrezzata e con camino, quindi tre stanze con funzione di cantina, legnaia e magazzino da cui è possibile accedere direttamente al giardino attraverso un piccolo portico. Una scala interna conduce al primo piano in cui si susseguono due camere da letto matrimoniali con ripostigli, una cameretta, il bagno con vasca, una sala da pranzo, una cucina con camino angolare e l’uscita su un piccolo terrazzo. Salendo al secondo piano si incontra una camera da letto con un ulteriore terrazzo panoramico, un piccolo bagno da ottimizzare e due grandi stanze sottotetto lasciate allo stato grezzo che possono essere convertite ad utili spazi abitativi.
Il tetto della casa è recente ed in buone condizioni, gli infissi esterni sono in legno o alluminio con persiane, il riscaldamento è a gas metano con caldaia esterna. Pavimenti in parte in mattoni di cotto originali e in parte in ceramica.

Famosa la splendida abbazia di San Liberatore a Majella, risalente al X sec. con le tombe rupestri di abati, santoni e pellegrini. Presenti gli uffici comunali la posta, qualche negozio, bar e ristoranti. Autostrada A24 e Stazione Ferroviaria a circa 15 km, la città di Pescara con l’aeroporto e le spiagge del Mare Adriatico a 37 km, centri sciistici a circa 30’, Roma a circa 90’.
